Database Stabilization Sprint

An agreed check of a PostgreSQL or MySQL database and the server it runs on: slow queries, upgrades and migrations, backups and a tested restore, replication, roles and security. The findings and the ranked fixes are documented and signed off in writing. It runs three to five business days, sized with the scope, which is agreed before work begins; nothing changes on production without approval. No guarantee of security, compliance, uptime or cost savings.

Fractional infrastructure support

A defined number of hours each week looking after PostgreSQL or MySQL databases and the servers they run on: patches and upgrades, backups proven by restore, performance checks. Agreed in writing; no on-call. Earned after a sprint, never assumed.

How we work

Scope first. What will and will not be done is agreed in writing before work begins.
Read-only first. Nothing changes on production until you approve the change.
Priced to the work. Each engagement is quoted to its scope. There is no public price list.

What we run ourselves

Nexidy runs its own platform on PostgreSQL with row-level security and versioned migrations, and on MySQL 8.4, nginx and PHP-FPM in Docker on Linux, with Go services and CI: the same stack we look after for you.
